We have finished the creation of the P∙U∙G∙S Rating System v.1.0 and are currently stress-testing it for 1000 contenders. We expect this to be done within the week and will be accepting reports of ranked matches soon after that.
The P∙U∙G∙S Rating System is a modified ELO System. We've designed it to be easily reconfigurable and adaptable to the needs of the P∙U∙G∙S community. Similar systems are being used by FIDE (The World Chess Federation) and DCI (formerly Duelists' Convocation International).
