500php Registration Fee??

Hey there, I just wanna ask something about this 500php per year registration fee to your group.


For one thing, is this TRUE?
Where do we register?
Do we register the card game we're playing or the players themselves?
What benefit(s) we will have if we register?

Yes, it is true. We will have a PhP500.00 annual Contendership fee.

You may register at Fandom Cafe, The PUGS' HQ. Or if this is difficult for you, we can discuss meeting somewhere convenient. We will be making the registration forms available online soon.

The system we will be implementing will require that each player registers. They will also be putting in their registration forms the card games they play. And, when they form Cells, these Cells will also register the card games they will entertain challenges for. This will be explained further when we meet for the Caucus on April 18, 2009.

Among the benefits of being a part of PUGS will be automatic registration into the ranking system that we will be maintaining for the community. We will also be keeping records for each player or group of players to find them everything they need like matches, venues and sources for their hobbies. This community will also provide a buffer of protection from fraudulent transactions that plague the industry. A code of conduct will also be implemented to make sure that we keep the community fun and enjoyable to be a part of. We will also be holding free-registration tournaments/events whenever possible. These are just a few benefits of Contendership.

One important thing you should know as a Contender in PUGS is that your voice will carry weight. You and your fellow PUGS contenders will be able to take part in the decision making process that will move PUGS in a direction of mutual benefit.

The 1st PUGS Caucus will be held on April 18, 2009 3:00pm at Fandom Café. For the moment we will allow all that apply for Contendership to join. Eventually, as we grow, the monthly Caucus will be for Cell Captains and above only to make it easier to manage.
